Somatic coaching is the practice of slowing down long enough to actually listen — to the tension in your chest, the contraction before you say yes when you mean no, the quiet knowing that gets drowned out by deadlines and notifications.

This isn't about leaving your career or burning everything down. It's about finding out who you actually are underneath all of it — and building from there.

About

I've sat in both chairs.

By day, I work in corporate tech. I know what it feels like to be good at your job, look successful from the outside, and feel completely disconnected from yourself at the same time.

The path back for me wasn't more optimization. It was slowing down — in yoga, in ceremony, in the quiet moments when I finally let my body have a say.

I'm a trained coach (working toward ACC with the ICF), 200-hour yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, and reiki practitioner. I'm also a plant-based chef, a guardian at plant medicine ceremonies, and someone who tries to live as close to the natural world as possible.

I bring all of it to this work. You get the whole person.

I work with people who are ready to stop outsmarting themselves — and start listening instead.

You might be wondering…

No. Many people arrive having done plenty of talk therapy and are coming here because something was still missing. We start exactly where you are — the process is gradual and you are always in control of the pace.

This is coaching, not therapy. Therapy is a regulated clinical practice focused on healing past wounds. Coaching focuses on your present experience and forward movement. We may touch on difficult material — the body holds all of it — but I am not your therapist. If clinical support is what you need, I will say so and help you find it.

Most people feel something loosening within the first two or three sessions — not a dramatic transformation, but a felt sense of something changing. Deeper, structural change takes longer. That is why I work in sustained containers rather than one-off sessions: the nervous system does not rewire in a weekend.

Sessions are held via video call, which works remarkably well for somatic work — the body is always with you. We can discuss what fits your situation on our intro call.

Sessions are 60 minutes. We usually start with what is alive for you — a situation, a recurring pattern, something you cannot quite name. From there, we track what happens in the body: sensations, tension, breath, impulse. We follow those threads. It rarely looks like what you expect, and that is usually the point.
